Oleg Maslov was born in 1965. In 1984 he graduated from Art school named after K.A. Savitsky city of Penza. Participates in exhibitions since 1985. Member of the creative associations "New Wild", "New Artists", "Mayakovsky's Friends Club". One of the founders and Professor of Painting at the New Academy of Fine Arts. From 1993 to 2005 he worked together with Viktor Kuznetsov. Oleg's works are in the collections of the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam), the Gasunie concern (Holland), the collection of the Pollock-Krasner Faundation, The Norton and Nancy Dodge Collection of Nonconformist Art the Moscow Museum of Modern Art, and in private collections in Russia and abroad. Lives and works in St. Petersburg.
